Are Social Networks Actually AntiSocial?

With todays use of social media are we more or less likely to see people in the flesh? The use of the mobile or even email has become unfashionable, so has meeting up with a friend become less important to us.

The New York Times asks this same question – Antisocial Networking? We are communicating probally more than ever but are we actually being that social.
